Tui Na

Stress Reduction

One on One Private Lessons

"I have a history of constant pain at the base of the spine sometimes spreading to the whole pelvic floor.  Having recently come across the 'Opening the Energy Gates of your Body' book I tried Standing Dissolving at home.  Realising I needed help I was fortunate to come across Katy Hamlett.

The first lesson confirmed that I really had not managed to stand correctly on my own.  After being gently manipulated into a reasonably correct posture it felt very, very strange.  Anyway I took this strange feeling away and worked on it for the next two weeks before my next lesson.  Over that period there were times when the pain eased considerably, and even was occasionally absent for half a day at a time.  I was very relieved and impressed by this initial improvement and now finally feel there is something I can actively do to try and resolve this health issue.  I have stopped seeing my acupuncturist and can thoroughly recommend Katy Hamlett."
