Less Stress courses include: - Breathing work and meditation to calm the mind
- Optional Body work and massage with partners to release tension (work will be with others on the course, no need to bring a partner). We discuss whether this will be included before the course starts.
- Simple exercises to release physical tension
- Ways to prevent the tension returning
- Learning simple exercises you can do at work or home, including at your desk and watching TV.

Alternatively we offer courses and one offs at a place to suit your organisation or group of friends. Every course is designed to meet the needs of the host organisation.
