Exclusive lessons for small groups are taught at a place to suit you. This can be at your home, work or organisation's venue or in St Paul's Walden at Bury Farm House.
You may learn, Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Tui Na, Taoist Breathing, Stress Reduction, how to improve athletic performance, Push Hands, Meditation or material specific to your needs. Katy, the instructor has experience working with various patient groups, dissabilities and the needs of different workplaces. Groups of pregnant women are welcome. It is best to start early in pregnancy, yet is never too late. |
