We have recently moved and will be starting new classes when we have enough students registered.  New classes will include a daytime over 60's class and evening class open to all.  Classes are in St Paul's Walden, a small village between Hitchin, Stevenage, Luton and Welwyn Garden City. SG4 8BP

The instructor, Katy Hamlett is a Tai Chi Union of Great Britain Instructor and is certified to teach internationally by Master B. K. Frantzis.  She has been evolving her practice for 12 years and started teaching in South London in 1996.  Katy is fully insured and is police checked and registered to work with children and vulnerable people.

Enterprise, Money and Business Training and Facilitation

Katy Longstaff MSc. Bsc. works with YoungBiz to provide enterprise and money training to 8-18 year olds and UK GradSchool to provide life skills training to Post graduate students.  Contact Insight to discuss YoungBiz, GRADSchool and independent courses.  Katy draws on her background in Pharmaceutical Research and Development within Industry, the Civil Service (the then Medicines Control Government Agency), and private business.
